on first left is starting line. Be early for

check-in, use bathrooms & pin number

on shirt.

This event is held in the Lancaster County Park

just south of Lancaster City. The park is flat with

rolling vistas. THIS RACE IS DIFFERENT!

YOU MUST BRING 1 GALLON OF WATER IN A JUG WITH YOU.

You will be running with it. This could make the

run more challenging for you.

 If you are crazy you can run with two 1 gallon

jugs.
